For first aid and other high-volume short courses, RTO Grow charges a flat monthly plan with no per-enrolment fee. You create recurring classes, students book and pay online, you paste a group of names to enrol them, mark the whole class in one sign-off, and certificates and wallet cards issue in the same step.
Grow without a bigger bill
High-volume RTOs get punished by per-enrolment pricing. Every extra student costs you more. RTO Grow doesn't work that way.
Your plan sets a yearly student allowance, and you never pay per enrolment. Go up to 10% over your allowance and it costs nothing. We let you know at 80%, and you'll never get a per-student bill. Scale covers 6,000 students a year and Enterprise covers 20,000. See pricing.
Classes that fill themselves
Set up a class once as a one-off, a multi-day course, or recurring every day, week, fortnight, month or quarter. Tick "Allow direct booking" and it publishes with its own booking page, a QR code and a "Book this session" button showing the price.
Your course page shows how many spots are left, or "Full". A dates widget lists your upcoming classes on your own website. Capacity is enforced, so a class never overbooks. Students get a booking confirmation straight away and a reminder the day before, and your trainer gets a list of tomorrow's class. See course booking.
Enrol a whole group in one paste
An employer sends you a list of staff. Choose to enrol a group and email them their enrolment forms, set who's paying to the employer, and paste in one name and email per line. RTO Grow links students already in your system instead of doubling them, skips anyone already booked, and emails each person their enrolment form.
You can also enrol one student with full details, add a group and fill in details later, or upload a spreadsheet. See online enrolment.
Mark the whole class in one sign-off
On the day, the trainer taps "Attended" or "Didn't attend" against each name on the Day board, or uses a printable sign-in sheet.
Then "Record class results" ticks everyone who attended, marks them competent on the class's units, and takes the trainer's signed declaration in one go. It moves straight on to issuing certificates and cards. Paper results have their own quick lane too.
Certificates and wallet cards in the same step
Statements of attainment and wallet-sized cards come from one designer, front and back. Each certificate gets a number, a QR code anyone can scan to verify it, a permanent record and an email to the student.
Set the course offering to "Issue automatically" and certificates issue within minutes once each student's USI and profile are in order. Or set "Ask before issuing" and they wait for a final check. See certificates.
Renewals that bring students back
Give a course a renewal period, and each employer's portal lists their people by renewal date, soonest first: current, due for renewal soon, or overdue. Employers can see who needs to come back, and so can you.
Reporting handled
First aid units are set up as a unit or unit bundle that issues statements of attainment, with each unit reported to AVETMISS™ on its own. Non-accredited short courses and workshops stay out of NCVER reporting. When a student's USI is verified on their form, their enrolment is marked ready to report. See AVETMISS reporting.
