RTO Grow is Australian owned and built, developed specifically for the vocational education and training sector against the Standards for RTOs 2025 and the AVETMISS reporting requirements that govern it.
It was built by an operator with six years in the Australian VET sector who holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, working directly with providers. It was not adapted from an overseas product or built to a specification by developers who have never worked in a training organisation.
Generic learning platforms adapted for the Australian market leave providers to bridge the gap themselves, usually with duplicate data entry, spreadsheets and manual reconciliation. RTO Grow closes that gap in the product.

✓Australian data residency
All customer data is hosted in Australia and is never replicated or backed up offshore. Student records and assessment evidence are never sent to AI services. Where you use an AI authoring feature, only the course content involved in that task is processed, and it is not retained.
✓Access control
Role based permissions, enforced at both the API layer and in database row level security policies. Single sign on is available on request: your staff sign in with your own identity provider (Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta or any SAML 2.0 provider), so your access and MFA policies apply. Multi factor authentication is enforced for RTO Grow staff accessing the platform administration surface; customer facing MFA for your own users is on our near term roadmap.

Customer data is never used to train AI models
Your student records, assessment evidence and content are not used to train, fine tune or improve any model.
Minimum data, no retention
Data sent to AI services is limited to what the task requires and is not retained beyond processing.

AI output is assistive and drafted for human review. No AI output is treated as an assessment decision or a compliance determination. Those decisions remain with your qualified staff.

Software supports the work. It does not perform it.
The Standards for RTOs 2025 restructured the framework around four quality areas and a self assurance model. Providers are required to demonstrate their own systematic monitoring and improvement.
RTO Grow makes evidence easier to produce, organise and retrieve. It does not certify training products, validate assessment tools, make an organisation compliant or represent you to a regulator.
