How do I move my data across?

You export it from your current system and send it to us. We load it, check it and hand you a live system.

Does it build our AVETMISS files?

Yes. RTO Grow is listed on NCVER's AVETMISS™ Compliant Software Register (release 8.0, all states and territories). It builds your NAT files in one click and checks them before you submit.

What happens when STARS replaces AVETMISS?

AVETMISS is being replaced by the new VET Information Standard, reported through STARS, the reporting platform built by DEWR and run by NCVER. Instead of exporting NAT files and uploading them, your student management system will send your data to STARS directly. RTO Grow builds and checks your AVETMISS files today, and we will connect RTO Grow to STARS ahead of your RTO's move, so you switch over inside the system you already use. The whole sector is due to have moved by the end of 2028.

Can trainers mark on their phone?

Yes. Trainers mark from anywhere and can leave voice or video feedback. The evidence files itself.

What does the price include?

All five portals on every plan. You pay one flat monthly price based on students per year.

Can employers book their staff in?

Yes. Employers book seats for their team and see who's trained, what's due for renewal and every certificate.
