Students apply on a public course page, pay by card through Stripe or choose to pay later, and get their login when your office approves. Nationally recognised courses collect the enrolment form, with the student's USI and details, before enrolment. RTO Grow builds the enrolment, the funding details and the student record from the same submission.
Fewer forms to chase, less typing
Paper forms, emailed PDFs and re-keying details into your system eat hours every week. With RTO Grow, the student fills in one form online and that one form becomes their enrolment and their student record. Nothing gets typed twice.
A course page that sells and enrols
Every course gets its own public apply page. It shows the key details, description, delivery information, learning outcomes, units, career pathways, entry requirements, LLN, funding, upcoming sessions and pre-enrolment information, with the form right underneath.
Non-accredited courses say clearly that they're not nationally recognised. If a partner delivers the course on your behalf, the page says so, in wording you can change.
Easy for students to finish
The student picks their date, fills in their details and ticks the declarations. The USI field explains what a valid USI looks like and links to usi.gov.au. Don't have a USI yet? Students can tick a box to sort it later, and their application still goes through.
They can pay in full, pick a payment plan if you offer one, or enter a discount code. The button changes to match your setup, from "Submit Application" to "Pay $X to book your spot", so students always know what happens next.
Checked before it reaches you
Every submission runs 13 checks before it's saved, including spam and bot protection, required fields, consent and a minimum-age check against the date of birth. RTO Grow then creates or updates the student, one record per email, checks their USI against the registry, and emails your office that a new application is in.
Paid and enrolled while you sleep
On courses that take payment at application, the student goes to Stripe Checkout for the full fee, a deposit or their first plan payment. When Stripe confirms the payment, RTO Grow creates the enrolment, links the payment, books their seat and sends the welcome email. If a payment notice from Stripe is ever missed, a check every six hours picks it up.
Students who choose to pay later get an email asking them to complete their enrolment form.
Your office stays in control
Applications wait under "Applications", with the payment status and the full form on one screen. Mark an application as under review, request documents, mark it eligible or decline it. Pick a delivery location for reporting, click "Approve → Enrol", and the student gets their learner login.
The enrolment form, every time
A course that reports to NCVER can't be enrolled without an enrolment form on file. When a class starts tomorrow and the form is still coming, enrol now with a recorded reason and the form is emailed straight after. The student's course page reminds them to finalise their enrolment until it's done.
Documents without the back-and-forth
Click "Request documents" to ask for photo ID, USI evidence, a visa or anything else. The student uploads photos or PDFs through a secure link that lasts 30 days.
Groups in one go
"Enrol students" lets you add one student with full details, or a whole group who each get their enrolment form by email. Every way in creates the same complete enrolment.

Settings holds seven form types: application, enrolment, enquiry, withdrawal, complaint, LLND survey and pre-training review. Change the questions in the form editor. The fields NCVER needs are locked, so your AVETMISS™ reporting stays complete. Put any form on your own website with a direct link, an embed code or one line of code.

Can students pay by card?▾
Yes, through Stripe Checkout, for the full fee, a deposit or the first plan payment. You can also set a course offering to employer pays, paid through a third party, pay offline with instructions, or no payment.
Can students pay in instalments?▾
Yes. If you offer payment plans on a course, students choose a plan on the form and pay the first instalment online.
What if a student doesn't have a USI yet?▾
They tick the box to sort their USI out later, and their application still goes through. When they enter a USI, RTO Grow checks it against the registry without holding up their application. You can request USI evidence later.
Can I change the questions on the form?▾
Yes, in the form editor. The fields NCVER needs can't be removed, so your reporting stays complete. Each course can also choose which groups of questions it shows.
