Why RTO Grow exists
Mini Cainer, RTO Grow's founder, struggled at school and rebuilt her path through vocational courses. Years later she set out to open her own RTO and hit a wall of compliance and admin. That's where RTO Grow started.
Mini holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has worked in the VET sector for six years. She built RTO Grow on one belief: admin shouldn't get in the way of good training. VET changes lives for people the academic path didn't suit, and the people running RTOs deserve software that gives them their time back.

- Every RTO's data is kept separate from every other RTO's, enforced at the database itself, with a daily check that raises an alarm if that separation is ever weakened.
- Changes are written to audit records that can't be edited after the fact.
- Every certificate PDF is fingerprinted, so a tampered copy can be spotted.
- Sign-up, sign-in links and public forms are rate-limited and protected against bots.
- Single sign-on for your staff can be set up with us.
