RTO Grow runs your non-accredited short courses, workshops and corporate training alongside your nationally recognised courses. They stay out of NCVER reporting, issue your own in-house certificates, and sell to individuals or employers, with corporate client accounts and an employer portal for each business you train.
One system for everything you teach
Most RTOs teach more than accredited courses: refreshers, workshops, in-house training for businesses. Running those in a separate system means two logins, two student lists and two sets of certificates. RTO Grow handles both, side by side.
Set up a course in the right door
Choose the kind of course when you create it: a qualification, skill set, accredited course or unit, a short course or workshop, a verification of competency (VOC), an RPL pathway, or a course for a third party. Short courses and workshops are set up as non-accredited from the start.
Out of NCVER reporting, automatically
Short courses and workshops never go into your NCVER report. You can also stop reporting a single offering of any course, and each course shows clearly whether it's reported to NCVER or not. See AVETMISS reporting.
Your own certificates
Choose what your non-accredited course gives:
- Certificate of Completion: they finished the program, which may include in-house assessment
- Certificate of Participation: they took part
- Certificate of Attendance: they turned up, ideal for seminars and information sessions
- Certificate of Achievement or Recognition
- Verification of Competency
Or use your own name for it. In-house certificates state clearly that they're not nationally recognised training, and never carry the Nationally Recognised Training logo or AQF wording, so you can't put them on the wrong certificate by mistake. Add your own accreditation logos, and issue wallet cards too. See certificates.
Corporate clients, set up properly
Set up each business you train as a client organisation. Enrol their staff on their behalf, and they get their own employer portal to see their people's progress, certificates and renewals. See the employer portal.
Every way to get paid
Each offering chooses how students enrol and pay:
- Enrolment: students self-enrol, your team enrols, or the employer enrols
- Payment: students pay online, employer pays, no charge, bank transfer or invoice, government funded, or paid through a third party
Employer-paid enrolments are tagged to the employer, so you can see every employer's training in your reports.
Everything else works the same
Non-accredited courses use the same booking pages, class scheduling, LMS, marking and email automations as your accredited courses. See every feature.
Real people when you need them
