Still in a contract? Set up and test your courses now, and switch your students over when the contract ends.

Support: You talk to the team that builds it. Starter and up get phone and email support with same-day replies. On Lite you buy help by the hour when you need it.

When you grow: A student counts once, in the year they enrol. Go up to 10% over your number at no cost; past that you move up a plan for the rest of the year, pro-rata, or add a pack of extra students. Nothing is backdated.

What do trainers see?

Their own classes, schedule and marking queue. Multiple choice and interactive questions mark themselves, so trainers spend their time on the answers that need them. They never see your finances.

Will it work if every student is one on one?

Yes. Every enrolment is individual, so each student can have their own start date, trainer and sessions. Groups are optional.

Can we try it first?

Yes. 7 days, everything switched on, no card needed. Upload a unit and mark a test submission before you decide.

What happens if we go over our student number?

Up to 10% over is free, and we warn you at 80%. Past that you move up a plan pro-rata for the rest of the year. There's never a per-student bill.

Can we keep using our SCORM courses?

Yes. Upload them as they are. Students take them in their own portal and results flow into their record.

We're about to be audited. Is now a bad time?

Set it up and test it now, and switch your students across after the audit. Your evidence keeps building from the day you start.

Can we leave if it doesn't suit us?

Every plan is a 12-month agreement. You can export all your data any time, and there's no exit fee.
