Yes, for AVETMISS™ release 8.0. RTO Grow is AVETMISS™ 8.0 Ready. Every booking collects the AVETMISS™ enrolment data you need, and you can check and download your NAT files any time.
Can students book and enrol on their phone?
Yes. One link takes them through picking a class date, the enrolment form, the USI check and payment. It works on any phone, tablet or computer.
Does RTO Grow check USIs?
Yes. The USI is checked with the USI Registry when the student submits. USIs added by your team are checked overnight, and a missing or invalid USI gets a daily reminder email to the student.
Can students pay by payment plan?
Yes. Students can pay by card through Stripe or go on a payment plan, and RTO Grow emails each instalment reminder for you.
Does it work for short courses and VOCs?
Yes. RTO Grow handles short courses with weekly classes, full qualifications, VOCs and non-accredited training. You can switch off automations a course doesn't need, like day-before reminders for VOCs.
Can I put the booking on my own website?
