RTO Grow lets you set up every state or federal funding contract you hold, with its contract number, schedule, funding code and specific funding identifier. Each funded enrolment records the funding details your state asks for, eligibility questions sit on your apply form, places are tracked against each contract, and your NAT files are built with the funding codes included.
Funded training without the guesswork
Funding contracts come with rules: who's eligible, how many places, which codes go in the report. Get one wrong and a claim can come back. In RTO Grow, the contract's details live in one place, and every funded enrolment picks them up automatically.
Set up any contract you hold
Funding contexts aren't a fixed list. Set up each contract your RTO holds, state or federal, with:
- Who pays: government, student, employer, your RTO, or a mix
- The contract: contract number, schedule number, state, national funding code and specific funding identifier (in WA, the CPS number; in NSW, for example, SMARTSKILLS-NSW)
- Who it's for: the target group and the region classes can run in
- Dates and places: when enrolments open and close, when activity ends, and the number of places approved
Eligibility questions on your apply form
Add eligibility questions to a funding contract and they appear on your online apply form under the program's name. Every answer is saved with the student's application. See online enrolment.
Every funded enrolment recorded properly
Each enrolment records who's paying and how much, with the national funding code and specific funding identifier. Employer-paid enrolments report as fee-for-service, and the funding details show on every enrolment file.
Places tracked as you enrol
The funding contracts page shows places approved, used and left for every contract, and the funding report compares what you expected from government with what you've received.
Your NAT files, with the funding codes in
When you build your NCVER report, the funding code and specific funding identifier for every funded enrolment go into your NAT files. For states that claim through the NAT files and a contract identifier, like NSW Smart and Skilled and WA contracts, you lodge the files RTO Grow builds. See AVETMISS reporting.
Fee-for-service, side by side
Run funded and fee-for-service offerings of the same course side by side. Each offering chooses its payment arrangements: students pay, government funded, employer pays, no charge, bank transfer or invoice, or paid through a third party.
Real people when you need them
