A flat fee, a block of students a year, a falling rate
You pay a flat monthly or yearly fee for your tier, which includes a block of students a year and a block of LMS units. A student counts once, when their first enrolment starts in your contract year, a student doing three courses with you counts once, not three times.
Pick a published plan
RTO Grow Lite at $99 a month for small or new RTOs, plus five RTO Grow tiers from Starter to Enterprise, each stating the students a year and LMS units it includes. All prices on the pricing page, today.
Enrol without counting seats
No plan blocks enrolment. Go 10% over your allowance and it costs nothing; we tell you at 80%. Past that we move you up the published ladder for the rest of your term and charge the difference, pro-rata — the ladder runs all the way to 20,000 students a year, and above that we shape a plan around your numbers.
Pay less per student as you grow
The per-student rate falls as you scale. Growth makes the unit economics better, not worse.
Leave with your data any time
Full AVETMISS NAT file export and CSV exports are built in. Your data is yours, no export ransom.
Full transparency: online card payments collected through the platform carry a 2% platform margin on top of Stripe's processing fee, on RTO Grow Lite and the Starter, Launch and Grow plans; none on Scale and Enterprise. Payments you record manually, bank transfer, invoice, cash, funding body, carry no platform fee at all.
