Students a year
A student counts once, when their first enrolment starts in your contract year. More enrolments that year never count again. Leads, applications, cooling-off cancels, refunds, demo students, migrated history and staff never count.
Headroom and the move-up
10% over your allowance costs nothing. We tell you at 80%. Past the headroom we move you to the next tier for the rest of your term and charge the difference, pro-rata. Nothing is backdated and there is never a per-student bill. At renewal you sit on the tier your real numbers fit, up or down. Above Enterprise we shape a plan around your numbers.
LMS units
An LMS unit is a unit of competency or a non-accredited course whose learner guide, assessment or SCORM package is hosted and delivered to students through the portal, in a published course. Every other unit is unlimited on every plan: enrol the student, assess on paper or in the classroom, enter the result, issue the certificate, report it. The LMS is $3,000 a year for up to 100 units, included from Launch (100 units on Launch and Grow, 250 on Scale, unlimited on Enterprise). Past the allowance, a block of ten more LMS units is $400 a month ($300 on Scale); the moment the next plan costs the same or less, we move you up instead. A unit in use is never blocked.
Records-only use
Every plan includes student management and reporting, CRM, emails and payments (worth $1,000 a year) and the compliance suite: trainer matrix, validation sessions and the continuous improvement register (worth $3,500 a year). If you only want the student management side, Lite or Starter is your price; add the LMS when you want to deliver online.
Content licences
Uploading your own content is free on every plan. To author units yourself (editors, SCORM, mapping) add Content author, $1,500 a year; add AI drafting of guides, assessments, gamified courses and slides with Content author + AI, $5,000 a year. Both cover your account's LMS units and need the LMS. Both are included on Grow and up. We can also upload your units as they are ($500 a unit) or build them ($1,000 a unit): those sit outside any licence.
Guided Launch and support hours
Guided Launch: we set up the whole system and train your team. $3,000, included on Grow and up when the plan is paid yearly. Scale and Enterprise also include 4 support hours a month. Faults never count. Past that: $180 an hour, quoted first, or a prepaid block of ten for $1,600.
Migration
Your import tools cover a normal move. Done-for-you migration (one export, one cutover catch-up, everyone in training plus the current reporting year live, older history kept as supplied) is $2,000, and included on Scale and Enterprise. Repairing a broken export or promoting old years to live records is $180 an hour, scoped first.
Custom work
Certificate layout built to your artwork $600. A custom website build $3,000 and the Easy RTO plugin $147 a month, both included on Grow and up. Version A/B RPL kits, custom clustering, custom reports, bespoke exports: $180 an hour, scoped and quoted before we start. Faults are always free.
Your content, your compliance
We upload it as you send it ($500 a unit) or build it ($1,000 a unit), two rounds of changes included. Contextualisation, validation and pre-use checks are the RTO's. Compliance review is a third party you engage directly, at their rates.
Term and billing
Yearly, invoiced up front, is the price on the page (ten months for twelve). Monthly is available at the yearly price divided by ten. Twelve-month agreement either way, billed in advance, 14-day payment terms, renews for a year unless either side gives 30 days notice, price reviewed once a year by no more than 5% and named on day one. No exit fees; export everything any time. GST is written as a dollar figure on every document.
Online sale fee
2% of course sales through the storefront on Lite, Starter, Launch and Grow; none on Scale and Enterprise. Card fees are Stripe's, on the RTO's own account.
Never charged
Staff seats, storage, per-enrolment fees, phone calls, faults, exports.
Trial
7 days free, with everything switched on, including the AI content tools. After that, choose a plan: the AI content tools are included on Grow and up, or add Content author + AI for $5,000 a year.

Every part has its own price, and each plan includes more of them. Uploading your own content is free on every plan. The LMS is included from Launch; Content author + AI, Guided Launch, a custom website build and the Easy RTO plugin are included from Grow. Units we upload or build for you sit outside any licence. Prices are plus GST, paid in full.
