Quick answers.

What would 1,000 learners a year actually cost?

It costs the same whether they arrive throughout the year or in one rush, because a student counts once, when their first enrolment starts in your contract year. 1,000 students a year fits the Grow plan (2,000 students a year, $1,200 a month), with 10% headroom before you would need to move up, and no per-enrolment fees on top of the subscription. Online card payments carry a 2% platform margin on Lite, Starter, Launch and Grow; none on Scale and Enterprise.

Is there a per-enrolment fee?

No. One person doing five short courses in your contract year is one student, counted once. Compare that with per-enrolment pricing, where the same person is five fees.

Can I upload SCORM packages I already own?

Yes, SCORM 1.2 packages upload as course content, students launch them in-platform, and completion plus scores record automatically. SCORM 2004 is not currently supported, so check your package version.

Do non-accredited enrolments mess up my AVETMISS reporting?

No. Non-accredited enrolments are captured in full but flagged non-reportable, and the AVETMISS exporter filters them out automatically.

Can learners self-enrol and pay?

Yes, public course pages with Stripe checkout, or session booking for scheduled workshops. Payment lands on the student record with no re-keying.

What if I run accredited training too?

Same platform. Accredited courses get USI verification, AVETMISS and the full evidence trail; your short courses run alongside without the compliance overhead.
