Short-course pricing and delivery, answered

It depends on how many are active in the same month, because billing is on concurrent active students, not annual throughput. If your 1,000 learners spread across the year at roughly 80-100 active in any month, the RTO Grow plan at $399/month covers 100 included — about $4,800 a year, with no per-enrolment fees on top of the subscription. Online card payments carry a 2.5% platform margin; invoiced or bank-transfer payments carry none.
No. One person doing five short courses in a month is one active student. Compare that with per-enrolment pricing, where the same person is five fees.
Yes — SCORM 1.2 packages upload as course content, students launch them in-platform, and completion plus scores record automatically. SCORM 2004 is not currently supported, so check your package version.
No. Non-accredited enrolments are captured in full but flagged non-reportable, and the AVETMISS exporter filters them out automatically.
Yes — public course pages with Stripe checkout, or session booking for scheduled workshops. Payment lands on the student record with no re-keying.
