Single sign-on (SAML 2.0)
Your staff sign in with the work account they already have — Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta or any SAML 2.0 provider. Sign in that way and your own MFA and access policies apply before anyone reaches us, and disabling someone's work account stops them signing in here. Single sign-on doesn't yet disable password sign-in — ask us and we'll remove password logins for your staff so SSO is the only route. Set up on request: your IT sends us their metadata and we connect it, usually the same day.
Works with the LMS you already have
RTO Grow speaks SCORM 1.2 in both directions. Upload the SCORM packages you already own and deliver them to students inside RTO Grow — or export courses built here (including gamified units) as SCORM packages that run in Moodle, Canvas, or any compliant LMS.
Prefer one system? RTO Grow includes its own learner portal, so a separate LMS is optional — not required.

A REST API for the systems around you
RTO Grow exposes a secure REST API (v1) with per-organisation API keys, so your website, intranet or student-facing tools can read live course and session data and push enquiries straight into your pipeline.
API keys are managed per organisation and stored hashed. Documentation available on request — and the surface is growing.

That's the complete list of services that handle your students' data. Each publishes its own independent certification: SOC 2 Type II (Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic, OpenAI), ISO 27001 (AWS), PCI-DSS Level 1 (Stripe). The AWS Sydney region that hosts your data is also IRAP-assessed for Australian government workloads. If we ever add a service, it appears here first.
