Already set up by your training provider?
If a provider has added your company, your portal already exists — you don't need a new account and there's nothing to buy.
They add your company
Your provider sets up your organisation and names you as a contact.
You get an email
It carries a link to set your password. The link expires after an hour — ask them to resend if it lapses.
You sign in
From then on, sign in here and you land straight in your company's portal.
Train with more than one provider?
You still have one login. Each provider that adds your company gives you a separate portal with their training in it — you pick which one to open when you sign in, and switch between them any time without signing out. Nothing is mixed together, and one provider never sees another's records.
Forgotten your password? Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page. Never been invited? Ask your provider to add you as an organisation contact — it takes them a minute.
