Vocational education rebuilt her career. She did her Cert IV in TAE, nearly opened her own RTO, then watched every RTO she marketed for wrestle with the same mess. She understands the sector from three angles: student, trainer, and operator.
Ehtisham — Co-founder
Comes from a family of teachers. His path went into systems and SEO. The person who pushes back when something is rushed, asks the awkward questions, and fixes the actual problem rather than hand-waving. Patient, technically correct work.
What we care about
Busywork is the enemy. It pulls trainers out of classrooms, keeps owners up on Sundays, and makes good people leave the sector. If we can take that off them, we free the people who do education to do education.
