What is RTO Grow?▾
RTO Grow is a Student Management System (SMS) and Learning Management System (LMS) built specifically for Australian Registered Training Organisations. It handles enrolments, assessments, AVETMISS reporting, USI verification, finance, and the audit-trail logging an RTO needs day to day.
Who is RTO Grow for?▾
Small to mid-sized RTOs delivering nationally recognised training under the 2025 Outcome Standards. Whether you run a single Cert IV or 30 qualifications across multiple states, the platform scales with you. It is designed for VET delivery — not repurposed school software.
Does RTO Grow handle AVETMISS reporting?▾
Yes. The platform generates AVETMISS 8.0 NAT files (NAT00010, NAT00020, NAT00030, NAT00060, NAT00080, NAT00085, NAT00090, NAT00100, NAT00120, NAT00130) ready for NCVER submission and state training authority lodgement. Built-in validation flags issues before you upload.

How much does RTO Grow cost?▾
Plans start at our entry tier and scale by active student count. Full pricing is on the homepage and at /pricing. There are no setup fees, no per-trainer add-ons, and no charges to hand off your data if you leave.
Where is my data stored?▾
RTO Grow data is hosted on Supabase, with infrastructure in the Sydney AWS region (ap-southeast-2). Student PII never leaves Australia. Backups are encrypted at rest. Each RTO's data is isolated by row-level security — no other RTO can see your students, even on shared infrastructure.
Does it integrate with the USI Registry?▾
USI verification is built in. Trainers verify a learner's USI inside the enrolment workflow without leaving the platform. Verified status is captured on the student record for AVETMISS export.
Can I migrate from another SMS?▾
Yes. We have done migrations from spreadsheets, custom Access databases, aXcelerate, Wisenet, and VETtrak. Email hello@rtogrow.com.au with a sample export and we will scope the migration before you commit.
What about the 2025 Outcome Standards for RTOs?▾
The platform is designed to support compliance with the 2025 Outcome Standards — including evidence retention, assessment validation workflows, complaints and appeals tracking, and full audit-trail logging on every record. Compliance remains the RTO's responsibility; the software gives your team the tools to meet it.
Who builds RTO Grow?▾
RTO Grow is a product of Everyshot Pty Ltd, an Australian company based in Bunbury, Western Australia. The team includes people who have worked inside RTOs — not generic SaaS engineers guessing what compliance looks like.
