About RTO Grow

RTO Grow is the Student Management System and Learning Management System for Australian Registered Training Organisations. It is built from the ground up for the way RTOs actually work — AVETMISS reporting, USI verification, evidence-based assessment, audit-trail logging, and the 2025 Outcome Standards.

It is not a generic SaaS tool with an RTO skin on top. It is not American school software with an AVETMISS bolt-on. It is the platform we wish existed when we worked inside RTOs.

RTO Grow is a product of Everyshot Pty Ltd, an Australian company based in Bunbury, Western Australia. ABN 51 246 891 780.

The team includes people who have worked inside RTOs — assessors, compliance managers, and trainers — alongside the software engineers who turn those workflows into product. Every architectural decision passes through a compliance lens before it ships.

Student data never leaves Australia. The platform runs on infrastructure in the Sydney AWS region (ap-southeast-2). Backups are encrypted at rest. Each RTO's data is isolated by row-level security — no other RTO can see your students, even on shared infrastructure.

This is not a marketing claim. It is a deliberate architectural choice consistent with Australian Privacy Principle 8 and the expectations of Australian RTOs handling learner PII.

Compliance software should make doing the right thing the easy thing. It should log automatically, validate at the right gate, and never make a trainer fight the tool to file evidence.
