Where: Courses → open your course → "Deliveries for this course"
A delivery is one specific way you offer a course — its price, delivery mode, and intake dates. Students enrol into a delivery, not the course itself.
- Click "Courses" in the sidebar and open your course.
- Scroll to "Deliveries for this course". Click "Add your first delivery" (or "+ Add another delivery" if one exists).
- The delivery workspace opens. In the "Delivery" block, click a mode tile: "Face to face", "Online (instructor-led)", "Self-paced online", "Blended", or "Workplace delivery".
- Under "Dates", set three date fields:
- "Enrolment opens" — leave blank for rolling enrolment (anytime)
- "Enrolment closes" — leave blank for no cutoff
- "Course starts" — leave blank for self-paced delivery
- Pick a "Default delivery location". Every enrolment needs a location for AVETMISS (the national VET data standard) reporting.
- Set the price and how students get in under "How students enrol & get funded".
- When the blocks show green, publish from the "Compliance & publish" block. A live delivery shows "This delivery is live — open for enrolment".
If something looks wrong
Amber blocks name the exact blocker (for example "⚠ Set delivery"). Fix each one and the publish button unlocks.
