Where: Forms → "Enrolment"
Your enrolment form is authored once in your library, then used by every course that attaches it.
- Click "Forms" in the sidebar.
- Under "Before enrolment", click the "Enrolment" card.
- Edit the questions under "Form fields" — add, remove, or reorder them.
- Some fields capture AVETMISS (the national VET data standard) reportable details, so publishing is blocked if a required one is missing. Leave those in place.
- Under "Form metadata", set the "Title (what trainers see in the picker)" and an optional "Description (internal note)".
- Under "After-submission settings", set the "Thank-you message" and an optional "Redirect URL (optional)".
- Click "Save draft" as you go — drafts don't affect the live form.
- Click "Publish" when you're done. Publishing archives the previous version; old submissions keep the version they were filled in against.
To tweak the form for one specific delivery only (for example, a leaner form for a workshop), open that delivery's workspace and use the "Forms & comms" block.
What happens next
The published version is what applicants see from then on. The card on the "Forms" page shows "Live" with its field count.
