Watercart & Tip Truck Bundle

This bundle brings together two units of competency that are in consistent demand across civil construction, mining, and resource sites throughout Australia. You will learn to safely operate a tip truck — including pre-operational checks, load security, manoeuvring on site, and unloading procedures — alongside the skills to operate a watercart for dust suppression, road stabilisation, and water delivery tasks. Both units are drawn from the RII Resources and Infrastructure Industry Training Package. This course suits people who are new to plant operation and want to broaden their ticket from day one, as well as experienced operators who hold one of these competencies and need to add the other. You will work through the practical and theoretical requirements for each unit, covering safe work practices, site communication, environmental controls, and equipment inspection for both vehicle types. On completion, you will be able to demonstrate competency in tip truck and water vehicle operations to a nationally recognised standard. This gives you documented evidence of your skills that employers and labour hire companies can verify when assessing you for site work.
