IT Carrier Excavator Bundle

You will learn to safely set up, manoeuvre, and shut down both types of plant, read and interpret operational plans, identify ground and environmental hazards, and carry out digging, trenching, and material handling tasks to industry specifications. The training covers pre-operational checks, load management, and working within exclusion zones, giving you a practical grounding in both machines. This bundle suits people who are new to civil construction plant operation or who already hold some site experience and want to formalise their skills across these two specific machines. If you work in or around earthmoving, utilities, road construction, or land development and need to operate an excavator alongside a tool carrier such as a telehandler or loader, this combination is designed with that dual-plant context in mind. On completing both units you will be able to demonstrate competency in operating an integrated tool carrier and a civil construction excavator to the standards set out in the relevant national units of competency.
