Keep your trainer profile current

Where: Trainer portal → "My Profile"

  1. Press "My Profile" in the sidebar.
  2. In the "Details" card, check your name, email, phone and credential tier. Press "Edit" to fix your contact details.
  3. In the "Credentials" card, check each line: "TAE Qualification" (training and assessment qualification), "Industry Currency", "WWCC" (working with children check), "First Aid" and "Police Check".
  4. Each credential shows its status — for example "245 days remaining", "Expired 12d ago" or "Not uploaded". Green is fine, amber is due soon, red needs action now.
  5. To update a date or upload a new document, press "Update" on the "Credentials" card, fill in the new details, and save.
  6. Scroll to "Unit Authorisations" to see which units of competency you're approved to deliver and assess. The "Deliver" and "Assess" badges show what you're approved for on each unit. This list is set by your admin.
  7. The "Professional Development" card lists your recorded professional development with hours and dates.

What happens next Your credentials feed the assessor declaration you sign when marking — the system snapshots them with every assessment decision.

If something looks wrong Your credential tier and unit authorisations can only be changed by your admin. If your working with children check is close to expiring, renew it early — whether you can keep delivering to under-18s is a call for your admin and compliance officer.
