Work through your course content

Where: "Home" → select your course → "Learn" tab

Your course is made up of units. Each unit has its own card with everything you need.

  1. From "Home", select your course under "My Enrolments".
  2. You land on the "Learn" tab. The panel at the top shows your progress — a percentage and "X of Y units complete" — plus a big button to pick up where you left off.
  3. Find the unit card marked "Start here" if you are new, or the one your progress button points to.
  4. In the "Study" section of the unit card, work through the tiles one at a time — for example "Learner guide" (read the learning material), "Interactive course" (game-based lessons at your own pace), or "Practice questions" (quick check, instant feedback).
  5. When a tile shows a green tick and "Done — tap to revisit", it is finished — you can still reopen it any time.
  6. When you feel ready, move to the "Show what you know" section and open the "Assessment" tile. See the guide "Submit an assessment" for that step.
  7. Repeat for each unit. The badge on each unit card tells you where it is up to:
    • "Not started" — you have not opened the assessment yet.
    • "Submitted" — with your trainer, shown as "Awaiting marking". Nothing for you to do; select "View what I submitted" to re-read your answers.
    • "Resubmit" — your trainer has asked for changes. Open the card to read their feedback.
    • "Competent" — signed off. Done.

If a unit card says "Your trainer hasn't added content for this unit yet", there is nothing to do — check back soon or message your trainer.

You can also check progress at a glance from "Home": each course card under "My Enrolments" shows its percentage and "X of Y units complete".

What happens next

As units are marked off, your percentage climbs. When every unit shows "Competent", your certificate is prepared automatically — see "Download your certificate".
