Where: "Profile" in the top menu
Your training provider needs accurate details to process your enrolment and issue your qualification. Some questions feed into government reporting, which is why they are asked.
- Select "Profile" in the top menu. The page is called "My Profile".
- Under "Personal Details", check your name, phone, date of birth, and gender.
- Under "Address", fill in your street address, suburb, state, and postcode.
- Under "Background", answer the country of birth, language, and Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander questions. These are required for government reporting.
- The "Disability" section is optional — sharing it only helps your provider arrange any support you need. It does not affect your enrolment.
- Under "Education & Work", answer the schooling, previous qualification, and employment questions.
- Under "Emergency Contact", add a name, phone number, and relationship.
- Select "Save Profile" at the bottom. You will see "Profile saved" when it has worked.
If your dashboard shows a "Complete your profile" banner with a percentage, it lists exactly which fields are still to add — fill those in and save again.
What happens next
Your provider sees the updated details straight away. You can come back and change them any time.
