Resubmit after a "not satisfactory" outcome

Where: "Home" → select your course → "Learn" tab → the unit card showing "Resubmit"

"Not satisfactory" is not a fail. It means your trainer needs to see a little more before they can sign the unit off, and you get another attempt. In your course the unit shows a "Resubmit" badge and an orange "Trainer feedback" panel.

  1. Open your course from "Home" and find the unit with the "Resubmit" badge.
  2. Read the "Trainer feedback" panel on the unit card — it explains what to improve. If there is a "Resubmit by" date, note it.
  3. Select "Review & redo your assessment →".
  4. The resubmit page shows the full "Feedback from your trainer", your "Resubmit deadline", and which attempt this will be.
  5. When you are ready, select "Review your incorrect answers & redo your assessment". Your previous answers are kept for your trainer to compare against.
  6. Update the answers your trainer flagged. Answers already marked satisfactory are locked — you only redo what needs more.
  7. Select "Resubmit for marking" at the bottom.

If the deadline has passed, you can still resubmit — but message your trainer first to talk about your options.

What happens next

The unit returns to "Awaiting marking". Your trainer looks at your new answers and emails you when there is a result. You can save part-way and come back any time before the deadline.
