Download your certificate

Where: "Home" → select your course → "Certificates" (top right of the course page)

Your certificate is issued automatically when every unit in your course is marked "Competent", your trainer signs off, and your USI (Unique Student Identifier) is verified. You get an email the moment it is ready.

1. Select "Home" in the top menu and open your course.
2. Select "Certificates" at the top right of the course page.
3. The "Your certificates" page lists everything issued for this course — a full certificate, or a Statement of Attainment for the units you completed.
4. Check the details on the card: the certificate number and the date issued.
5. Select "Download PDF" to save a copy to your device.

If the page says "No certificate yet", it has not been issued — usually because a unit is still awaiting marking or your USI is not verified yet. See "Provide your USI (Unique Student Identifier)" if your dashboard is showing a USI reminder.

What happens next

Keep the PDF somewhere safe — employers may ask for it. The certificate number on it lets your training provider confirm it is genuine, and you can come back and download it again any time.
