Where: Compliance → Evidence
The "Evidence Registry" is the file record you'd hand to ASQA (the national VET regulator). Much of it fills itself — publishing course documents and marking assessments write evidence entries automatically.
- Click "Compliance" in the sidebar, then "Evidence".
- The "Audit readiness" tiles summarise your position: "Active files", "Drafts", and "Expiring soon".
- Use the filters above "All Files" to narrow by category, status, qualification or unit code, and date range.
- Click the download icon on any row to fetch that file.
- To file something yourself (for example a validation record or an industry consultation note), click "Upload Evidence", pick the "ASQA Category", attach the "File" (25MB max), and add the qualification or unit code it relates to.
- Click "Export CSV" for a spreadsheet of the register, or "Export for ASQA" to download a bundle of the actual files.
What happens next
Uploaded files appear under "Active files" with a version and status. Entries with an expiry date move to "Expiring soon" as the date approaches, so you can re-validate or replace them in time.
